5-Day Return & Replacement Policy
We have a 5-day return and replacement policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return or a free replacement if you face any issues with your order.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused, completely undamaged, and in its original packaging. To initiate a request, contact us at pradhi@trustnshop.com. For legal and regulatory compliance under Indian e-commerce law, our registered business address is Vishal Nagar, Pimple Nilakh, Pune. Please do not mail any packages back to this address yourself. Once your request is verified, we will arrange a reverse courier pickup directly from your doorstep at no extra charge to you.
Damages & Issues (Mandatory Unboxing Video)
Please inspect your order upon delivery. To claim a refund or replacement for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video started from the exact moment the courier package outer sealing is broken. The printed shipping label must be clearly visible in the frame. Without a valid unboxing video clearly showing the defect, your request cannot be processed.
Exchanges & Replacements
If you received a defective or incorrect item and prefer an exchange, let us know at pradhi@trustnshop.com. Once your unboxing video is verified, we will dispatch a brand-new replacement package to your address and arrange for the reverse pickup of the original item simultaneously.
Refunds & COD Orders
We will notify you once the reverse pickup courier confirms collection of your return. Once verified, your refund will be processed:
- For Prepaid Orders: The refund will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Since no digital payment token exists, our support team will contact you to securely process your refund directly via UPI or Bank Transfer within 5 business days.
