2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines

Processing Time: All orders are verified, quality-checked, and packaged within 1 to 2 business days of order placement.

Dispatch: Once processed, your package is instantly handed over to our premier domestic logistics partners.

3. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched from our fulfillment hub, transit times depend directly on your location. On average, delivery takes 3 to 5 business days for metro cities, and 5 to 7 business days for regional areas across India.

Please note: Deliveries may occasionally experience slight delays due to severe weather, festive rushes, or unexpected courier carrier backlogs.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification

To ensure successful delivery and avoid fraudulent orders, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require a mandatory confirmation. Our automated system or customer service team will contact you via WhatsApp, SMS, or an automated phone call to verify your shipping address right after order placement. If a COD order remains unconfirmed within 48 hours, it will be automatically cancelled.

5. Order Tracking
